This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my trip to Vietnam. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is delicious. The rooftop pool is perfect after a hot day. For real, the staff welcome you with a cold drink and a cloth to wipe your hands. We left and came back a few times while we did excursions to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh and they welcomed us back each time. On our last day they lined up by the car and waved bye. It was such a wonderful experience.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and great value. When i arrived i was greeted by "Da" who got me checked in, exchanged money for me with the going rate and he booked me a trip to Ninh Binh all in the space of 15 minutes. Nothing was a problem, it was a perfect stay
